Return & Exchange Policy

At Nichenine, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our 7-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth resolution.


1. Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (with tags intact).

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.


2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Request

  • Log in to your [Nichenine account](website URL) → "Orders" → Select item → Click "Return/Exchange."

  • Provide a reason (e.g., wrong size, defect) and attach an unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution).

Step 2: Approval & Shipping

  • We’ll email a return approval within 24–48 hours.

  • Return Options:

    • Self-Ship: Ship the item to our warehouse (address provided).

    • Reverse Pickup (if available in your area):

      • Fee: ₹70 (paid by customer).

      • Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, self-shipping is required.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 working days after we receive the item.

    • Prepaid orders: Credited to the original payment method.

    • COD orders: Transferred via bank refund.

  • Exchanges: Shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.


3. Important Notes

  • Return Fee: A nominal ₹70 applies per return to cover logistics.

  • Unboxing Video: Highly recommended to expedite claims for damaged/wrong items.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Underwear, accessories, or customized products (unless defective).

  • Exchanges: Limited to 1 per order and subject to stock availability.


4. Exceptions

 No refunds/exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Orders refused at delivery (prepaid amounts forfeited).

  • Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable").
